Sal was awesome (so was Bella and Al)... I litterally stopped by on a Monday with my rear speakers not working... They were first rate...friendly, knowledgeable and "real" people. Within an hour not only were my speakers working again but i had a new pair installed (at a very reasonable price) and I had a donut, some water and got to hang with Leroy (good boy).... Thank ya'll so much...what a pleasure.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Premier Audio of Naples. I purchased a Sony XAV-AX6000 and sub system and have been dealing with ongoing Android Auto connectivity and skipping issues. Rather than receiving timely support and communication, I have repeatedly been given the runaround. Calls and messages often go unanswered or I get lip service. Sony has known issues with Android auto yet I keep hearing that the phone or the app needs updating, or to not stream music wirelessly and to plug it in. After a couple months the adapter stopped working and now I must suffer listening to music getting butchered via streaming. As frustrating as this radio has been the real frustration has been the lack of customer service after the sale. When customers spend good money on equipment and installation, they deserve clear communication, follow-up, and a genuine effort to resolve problems. Instead, I have spent weeks chasing answers and trying to get updates. At this point, I feel completely ignored and left to deal with the problem on my own. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Premier Audio of Naples.

I am very happy with the installation of a rear view and dash cam system for my Aston Martin. Salvatore explained everything before the job and I felt it was a fair price. Al helped me understand how to use it. They kept me informed during the project. It works great and I feel safer knowing what is behind me. Thanks!

I came to Sal at Naples Premier Audio with an unusual request that no one else around town wanted to do or showed any interest in doing. I had done a center console to jump seat conversion for my 2021 F250. When I brought my truck, the center console was already removed and jump seat in. What I needed was to re-wire everything/pigtail the car-play from the main wire harness, add custom usb/usb-c charging ports to the rear of the jump seat for the kids and install the new plastic trim pieces to the front dash/entertainment center. The job was done quickly and with professionalism that I wasn’t able to find anywhere else. Sal has pride in his work and it shows with how my truck turned out. Thanks Sal!
